David Kesner has a good point. Alternatively, if this were done with a
controlled folio or "expo" or the like it would work. If formats are
consistent so you don't have to worry about them, such as print or
computer image or whatever, then each participant would simply send in
the image and the auido file/tape to the controller.
The controller would then number and order the views and put the audios
on to one source (I'd suggest an audio CD).
When I had my students do stereophoto projects, they produced a series
of images with audiotapes so it can be done in a rather lowtech and
primitive fashion.
A really ambitious type might try to organize the views and the audio
files into a computer presentation which is then sent on CD to all
participants. Tons of work though.
