This is very like memories I have of staring at the bathroom floor as a child.
At the time I had not heard about "Free Viewing" and the only stereo I
would have heard of would be my parents talking about the 3d films of the
50's. When I first heard about parallel free viewing I could not do it
following the instructions at first but when I mastered it I realised I had
always been able to do it,and had noticed the "Wallpaper Effect" described
by Brewster myself long before reading about it. In my case I believe I was
parallel rather than cross viewing because I mastered that as an adult and
found it much more difficult at first. P.J.Homer
