[photo-3d] H3D Cruiser Shutter Glasses

I ordered the $12.95 3D shutter glasses discussed
on this mail group and they arrived yesterday.
I installed them this morning, and what do you know?
They actually work!
At my system's maximum refresh rate of 85 Hz,
they're a little flickery, but not unbearable. Image
brightness is cut in half, of course, and the picture
looks like it was taken through venetian blinds.
The glasses don't like sharing "face-space"
with my computer reading classes, which are
not optional. The internet 3d images they
refer you to are small, but free, and definitely 3D.
This technology is still crude, but at $12.95, it
reaches (for me) an acceptable cost/performance
ratio. For full-screen images, they might not even
be too bad.
Now I've gotta buy something that lets me create
my own pictures!
