[photo-3d] Stereo Window Tutorial

On my stereo website I have written a short tutorial about mounting slides with 
respect to the stereo window. The three different kinds of mounting slides (on, 
behind, and in front of the window) are illustrated by stereoscopic drawings. 
Maybe this helps unexperienced persons to understand the role of the stereo 
window.
