Hello all...

We have also posted a nice tribute to David on the NSA internet
site:  http://www.stereoview.org

Wonderful pictures were submitted to us by Susan Pinsky and
David Starkman.  Also, some touching tributes from many of
his friends are duly noted.

As President of the NSA and a person who shared a large number
of e-mails as well as many hours of board meetings with David
I will tell all of you you that he is sorely missed by us all.

They say only the good die young -- David was not just good --
he was one of the best!!
