Abram, do tell us more.  The story sounds interesting.

Do you remember, at an ISU Congress in Europe several years ago, the subject
of the stereo window and the wide disregard of same, came up for discussion?

I remember the occasion well.  I remember a French guy got up and said:
"The French do not recognise any 'stereo window'.  We have discussed these
claims and our position is that the so-called stereo-window is a hoax"

I am pleased to say that this position has changed dramatically!
