It would be very hard to deciper without downloading
the Chinese character set. Check the domain name of
the sender, http://www.sina.com/

It's funny (sort of) because I've been getting that same
message also (about once every week for a few months).
I also thought to post a query on P3D about this, but
never did. 

I have to say it's probably the most persistent spam
message ever!
