I've been shooting with mine for over a year, now.  I had fun designing a
vertical bracket for it, but I couldn't deal with the rewiring
(master/slave) arrangement myself, and paid a local pro 200 to do it for
me.  The sync is always perfect in natural light (mystery: flash sync is no
good).  The pictures are quite good (slides in my case) as long as you
don't open up too much.
