Anything painted with fluorescent paint<grin>
Also, anything that glows in the dark.
And tonic water! It glows blue.
If you are making figures with fishing line, you can get some nice
fluorescent cord at sporting goods stores.
There are some types of small cord (3mm) that climbers use that have a woven
pattern, some of these look very nice under black light. If you move the
cord around( try spinning it arround) and take a time exposure you'll get
nice banding effects from the ac flicker of the black light.
