Tom Deering's out of town this month so I'm posting the invitations
to this month's 3rd Friday NY Stereo Dinner.  You're invited this 
coming Friday the 18th.  We start at 6:30 but you can come and go as 
you like.

Although the food is great and not at all expensive, the best part of 
the evening is looking at the slides, prints and other creations that 
people bring.  Bring your current projects, or just your eyes (you'll 
need both of them!)

We meet on the third Friday of every month at La Cocina, on the
corner of 85th and Broadway.  We often get a section to ourselves, so 
we have some room to spread out.  The hostess will cheerfully point
us out.

Sheldon Aronowitz will be bringing his brand new David Burder Macro 
Realist camera along with some sample images.  As I understand it, 
David Burder is now modifiying standard Realists to match the design 
and functionality of the rare Macro Realist cameras.  This is the
only one of these cameras currently on the East coast, so don't miss 
your chance to have a look.
 
Join us this Friday, August 18, at La Cocina, 217 West 85th Street, 
just off Broadway in Manhattan.
