The Hamma cutters I'm familiar with a small white arrow painted on
the black edge, indicating where to advance the frame line of the
frame *after* the one you are cutting (for 8P images).  I put a
piece of white tape (Wess tab, possibly) on the same black edge
and drew a black line marking the 5P advance point.  Using the
line is a lot easier than trying to line up the frame line under
the cutter blade.
