FYI, Sylvia Dennis has become our membership secretary since Lois
Waldsmith retired from this position in April, 2000.  You can write
to Sylvia at John Dennis' e-mail address:

Just explain to Sylvia what you relayed here and she can take
care of you.  FYI, a new one will be printed and released next
year.  The issue of SW that I received today had the information
request form in it.
