[photo-3d] New View-Master Products

Hi, I posted this on my e-groups View-Master board but thought it 
might be of general interest here on Photo-3D as well.  


Received this e-mail today as a result of an inquiry I made last
year. I can't believe it has happened! Just like the Barbie doll 
w/a View-Master (also my recommendation) they have taken another 
of my suggestions and acted upon it. The quote below is direct 
from Fisher-Price:

"I just thought I would give you a little heads up on something. Do
you remember last year when you asked if I could do a clear Viewer. 
Well your wish has been granted. We had to go through a lot of
material testing, but we did it. You can find them hitting the 
shelves at Target right now. They are in edge glow green and edge 
glow orange with two more colors to follow in the next month or so. 
You can only find them at Target on a black blister card. Hope you 
like them.

And there is more amazing things to come in the fairly near future 
that I think will blow you away."

This just goes to show their interest in the collectors market and 
listening to consumer suggestions. 

I know this will be of interest to all of you who collect VM 
especially the "hardware" collectors. The Telescope/Projector is
now available at Target as well.

Fisher-Price will also be an active participant in our NSA 2001 
convention in Buffalo.  More information will be released when
details 
are known.
