Super 8 Filmmaker was the magazine.  I read it religiously.  I remember the
article but don't have a copy of it.  Most public libraries have a hardback or
large paperback edition of a book called "Super 8 Filmaking".  It was a
compilation of articles from the magazine.  I think the 3d article was included
in that book.
