No it is not more important, but it is one of the many factors
that I use in choosing a film. I do not use any one film for
all my images. I like Kodak EliteChrome 100 for my cave
photography because of its warm colors and I need the extra
speed to get as much light from my flashes as possible. I use
Velvia 50 for my macro images because I love the extra color I
get on bugs and plants. I have not tried ProviaF 100 in 35mm
yet, but I just took my first MF stereo with it this weekend
and am taking it in to be processed today. From all reports I
have heard I think this might now be my film of choice. Of
course I will be able to tell by noon today because of E6
local lab processing *{;-)
