[photo-3d] SI 3D Olympics

Greetings from the Olympic city and the city of the 2001 ISU Congress.

David Klutho from Sports Illustrated (SI) is in town to photograph the
Olympics in 3D. Well known local 3D worker, David Stuckey is assisting David
Klutho in this prestigious 3D assignment.

There is a photograph of Sports Illustrated's Sydney Olympics 3D Team with
some of their equipment on the Sydney Stereo Camera Club website at:

The photograph shows the two Davids with just four of David Klutho's RBT
stereo cameras.  The three RBT-X3s in the photo have Pentax fixed focus
lenses from 20mm to 100mm focal length - the lenses are nylon gear coupled.

I took the digital photo on the website (which only shows a few of the
cameras that they are using)  on Thursday night (Sep 14) when Nancy & I
joined the two Davids for an Australian seafood dinner at a restaurant near
my home.
