It was by Bill Davis. Bill gave me permission to reproduce his excelent
'Camera case repair' article in 3D Window and it was re-published with some
additional photographs in the January 1999 issue. I emailed a copy to Linda
and have now decided to upload the Jan 1999 issue of 3D Window to the files
section of this list as other may also be interested.

The Jan 1999 issue also has an article by David Stuckey on the RBT Macro
Adaptor.
