I've not gotten sick from it, but I had mentioned a couple
years ago that I had a problem with some dissolves at
the NSA convention.

Wouldn't you need two RBT projectors to have dissolve
problems?

I thought "dissolve" was when one stereo image faded out
and the other faded in simultaneously (why two RBT
projectors would be needed so that both are projecting a
dimmed image simultaneously during the crossover).

If talking about the "dissolve" problem as I know it,
the problem only occurs with particular sequences of
images -- ones that aren't "compatible" need to be
switched much faster (or maybe even with a black interlude
if REALLY incompatible). I haven't yet characterized
what is good and what isn't, only that I've noticed
(seeing Brackett projector dissolves) that some
sequence pairs were bothersome though most were okay.

If those experienced at this would explain that which they
use to judge sequence compatiblity and required dissolve-time I'd
much appreciate it.
