Well, if that Georgia place can't do decent quality and no one else does
these lenticular prints, seems like the market is ripe for a new competitor.

I'm curious. Anyone have an idea what one of these machines costs? Can it
be done by a non-mechanized method to start out? If the entry expenses
aren't too high, maybe one of us would be interested in starting a business
that does lenticulars. How many Nimslos are out there, after all? That
might be a decent market, considering that 90%+ would probably switch to a
competitor offering better quality and somewhat lower prices.

A 3-D'er would care more about quality and service to fellow 3-D'ers, I
suspect, than that other company does. And I know there are some folks on
this list who know a whole lot about film processing (Bob comes to mind), so
there's a vast wealth of experience and knowledge available to this group.
I bet most of us would cooperate and share that knowledge with the
enterprising person, if it meant improving the quality of our stereoscopic
lives.

Personally, I would like to see a company that does it all: lenticulars,
slide duping, stereo mounting, negs to slides, Holmes cards, the works. All
top quality at a fair price.

OK, there's a business plan. Somebody have the means?

Best regards,

Mike Galazin
