My Nimslo did just exactly the same thing. I think it is a weakness in the 
design with that tall flash and when you angle it there goes the center of 
balance. Any way Paul Harvey says JB Weld will glue anything and it did the 
trick on my flash shoe. I pried it up and propped it there with a small 
jeweler screwdriver. Mixed the two parts of the JB Weld and used a toothpick 
and worked some in under the shoe. Pressed the part down and wiped the excess 
off. I also took a small dab and smoothed it in on each side after it was 
down. I put a small piece of Duct Tape (yes you can fix "ANYTHING" with duct 
tape Red Green says so). Allowed it to dry overnight. Worked like a charm and 
holds like concrete.

I get no compensation from Paul Harvey or JB Weld for this tip (shucks). I 
bought the glue at an Auto parts store.
