In the spirit of constructive criticism I will come forward to say
that it was I who mentioned in the MF-3D list (in a conversation about
the pros and cons of projection) that my wife developed a splitting
headache during a meeting of the New York Stereoscopic Society in
which Jon Golden gave a presentation with the Bracket Dissolver.

I don't think that there is any question that the equipment was set up
properly, and that the images were mounted correctly.

This show involved a considerable amount of dissolving back and forth
between multiple pairs (a=>b=>a=>b) with much time spent with both
pairs on screen simultaneously, not just a simple a=>b dissolve
followed by b=>c.

My wife and I both agree that the images were very, very good, but
that the presentation (specifcally the over use of dissolve) was poor.
Personally I prefer that pairs be switched as quickly as possible,
with perhaps a moment of black between pairs.

At the time I thought my wife had left the auditorium to use the
restroom. I didn't realize that she wasn't feeling well until I met
her in the hallway after the show (at which point she just wanted to
go home).
