Although not specifically for completely beginning-to-end computer generated
images, the Cascade competition going on *NOW* (ENTER!!!) has a digital
section where the entries are REQUIRED to be digital, delivered as .jpg images
(stereo triplets and reference anaglyphs).  This obviously requires the
stereo images to be digitally produced on the back end, and the resulting 
"catalog" of winners will be internet displayed.  I suspect most entries will
have film in their history, but the backend is definitely 100% digital.  Boris isn't
allowed to enter this contest, however.
