I have to chime in and say I've seen quite a few 3-D Imax movies,
(hey we are blessed with three Imax theatres in three different
areas in Montreal) and "Journey of Man" was the best!

I went to see "Journey of Man" in this past spring with Wlad. Wlad
had seen it in 2-D in Ottawa and wanted to see it again, since it
was such a great movie, even in 2-D. 3-D would of course be so
much better!

When I saw the movie for the first time ((I've seen it twice now,
dragged my wife for it the second time around but she of course
got a headache from it all), I was moved! The 3-D effect, story
line, sound track were amazing! This is my all time favorite from
all the Imax 3-D movies.

Ultimate G's (Zac's Flying Dream) also played this past spring
and was even covered in a local television news broadcast. It
looked promising with the aerobatic planes flying around the Grand
Canyon and all but I was disappointed. The story was kind of cliche
and the 3-D effect very limited. They should have filmed the aerials
with a wider stereo-base.

Sorry, I report them like I see 'em. Your mileage may vary!
