[photo-3d] Cardboard Viewer

I'm looking for cardboard viewers like the one that comes with "The
Civil War in Depth".  I had gotten one with a set of stereo card plots
of mathematical functions from American Science & Surplus, but they
don't sell them any more.  I thought I had seen them for sale
elsewhere but can't find them now.  Does anyone have any leads I can
follow?
