Well, as you probably know, I've already set up such a searchable
archive of Photo-3D at
http://www.pauck.de/archive/mailinglist/photo-3d/photo-3d.html
(and in addition Tech-3D, Sell-3D, and MF3D). It contains about
44000 messages since March 1995 and should be complete.

Sure, I've used wget to grab all messages from your old archive. ;-)
It should be also usable to slurp the stuff from eGroups.
Of course, the easiest approach is to simply get all mails
from me in case you still want to dup the effort ... ;-)
