There are interesting trivia on the Titmus Stereo Test, 
one is that it is based on Vectographs, an almost forgotten
stereo technique, and another that the House Fly probably
is the single stereo picture that has been seen by more
people than any other one, since it has been used for
many years in many countries.
A curious question is why a fly was choosen as subject,
it seems that some children were afraid of such a large
insect (but the fly is only one of the targets and 
stereo butterfly test also exists...).

Apart from using it as test, it is an interesting 
collectors item for its role in testing history.
But I see that it is priced at no less than $145
nowadays:
