Tom Dory is the coordinator for the APEC III exchanges. I assume that
this is what you are referring to rather than folios where you do not
get to keep the prints you receive. With APEC you send in about 30
copies of a stereoview every 3 months and receive back a set of one each
from the other members. One copy also goes to the Holmes library. The
next deadline is Nov 1, which is a little soon, but I think they could
accommodate another contributor or two this round if you are ambitious
and let them know right away that you want to participate.

There is an egroup mailing list for this group (and interested
parties/lurkers) at  http://www.egroups.com/group/3rdAPEC  I think it
will just ask you to subcribe if you go to the link, or you can
subscribe via email as you would for photo-3d or other egroups. There
are one or more websites out there for the group also, but I think much
of the info is outdated on them.
