Although not cheap, still, the Virtual I/O (I-glasses) that Elliot mentions
does work very well to provide flicker-free NTSC viewing of field-sequential
videos.  They're available for under $300 (U.S.) on ebay most of the time
(well until now when everybody goes over and bids up the prices! :-).

Unfortunately, they don't fix the movies.  3-D 'C' movies stay 'C' movies. :-)
