You might want to try making your own.  Find a spring at a hardware store
that is close to the diameter you need, and then with two pair of pliers
(vise-grips work well), bend one end of the wire in or out to get the exact
size.

Then wearing safety glasses, cut it off to form the "C" shape.  You can use
either hardened wire cutters (made for spring steel), or a Dremel tool.  Be
very careful when doing this, as the cut-off piece can fly across the room
with surprising speed and force.  Also, the freshly cut ends will be very
sharp!

File or grind the ends so that they are no longer sharp, but rounded.  You
might even want to dip them in some of the rubber compound used for
insulating tools for added safety.  Actually, depending upon the diameter of
the wire, it might not hurt to dip the entire ring, as the liquid rubber
coating, when dry, would give more friction to help retain it in place.
