[photo-3d] duped slides

Hi everyone, mind if I ask you all for your advice? I'm entertaining the
idea of taking Realist-format slides of national parks and other special
places, duplicating them, and offering sets for sale (on ebay or maybe
sell-3d). I figure if I could get a dollar or two per slide, selling sets
of 10-12 slides, it would be a great way to finance vacations and photo
equipment. What's your feel on this? Will stereo enthusiasts buy such
slides? Will people balk at buying dupes, even if they are done with a good
quality lens and contrast correction? Do any of you know of anyone who has
tried doing this?
I see original slides selling on ebay, they generally bring $1 apiece or
more in sets, and often they are just someone's family photos and personal
vacations. I'm thinking, why not do like Viewmaster did and take slides of
really scenic places around the U.S., only now with the larger Realist
format?
Thanks in advance for all your input.
Best regards,
Mike Galazin
