We don't we try to get the facts first before getting into
speculation?

Seton lived to an advance age and he was fully aware
of his contributions to stereo.  He has donated prototypes
of the Stereo Realist and other historical items to a
museum already (as we read from the articles published
already).

Did he leave a will or not?  How did he treat the subject
of disposing the rest of his property in his will?

How do you know that???
