Hi, I saw a person selling 3d photos with the passport camera at Fantasy
Fest in Key West two years ago, recently a friend had passports made and we
tried to crosseye view them. They seem to work great for head shots, I
wasn't impressed with the ones in Key West, there was no way to easily view
them in 3d, you can't backlight them and he wasn't very good at mounting the
cut pictures into his little viewer. I don't remember the exact price he was
charging but it seemed to expensive. When I tried to show him my stereo
cameras, he wasn't the least bit interested. Good news is stereo photography
is going to get some exposure on the west coast of Fla. I'm giving slide
shows to two science classes Wed. the 15th on the Great American Teach-in
they have in the school system where I live. I've also been slated to give
slide shows at the local garden club and orchid society early next year. The
rangers in some parks want to find a way to put some of my images in the
visitor centers, if stereojets were only less expensive!
Having fun in 3d
