"Pinhole with lenses" seems a contradiction, or do you mean lenses 
with a small fixed aperture diaphragm?

When the diaphragm is between the lens elements (as usual), or 
close to a not too bulky objective, moving the apertures will not 
change the distance of the virtual ("built-in") stereowindow, but 
it will change the stereobase. This effect is only useful for 
macro, it was used by Koo Ferwerda in his single-lens-two- 
diaphragms-macro-stereocamera.
