This description seems like the one I got from the Keystone Company 10 or
15 years ago, except it didn't have the ruler markings on it. I bought it
direct from the Keystone Co. (don't know where). It was something they sold
to opticians for eye exercises for people with eye problems. The reason I
like it, is that it breaks down very well to be carried almost flat when
you go on a plane. The, you can put it together with one nut and the bolt
in the handle. Quentin
