[photo-3d] Illuminated Stori-viewer

In a camera show junk box I found an old catalan plastic viewer for some weird 
5p system (it seemed to require separate 5p images, or else a slotted mount), 
and converted it into the missing link re illuminated viewers-- one for 
Storiviews. The lenses had to be moved a couple of millimeters towards the 
outside to center the Storiview format cards. I also added Storiview sized 
rails so they slide easily in. The glass lenses and dual bulbs make a nice 
bright image that's roughly the same size as what you see in a VM Model C 
viewer. It's a nice compact design. Still have a bit more to do spiffing up 
the area around the lens barrels... It's also in character with my all time 
favorite set of Storiviews-- the 24 card Space Patrol series.   --Elliott
