kagi seems to describe itself as operating in the San Francisco bay area of
California. From their web site:
"Kagi is an Internet store specializing in products created by thousands of
individuals around the globe. Kagi started with downloadable software and
has since become a seller of all sorts of other products such as music,
videos and other physical goods. Kagi makes it easy for people to pay for
products and frees the seller from handling all the payment processing.
Mainly Kagi processes software payments."

3DCombine seems to be one of the titles they offer, and they seem to have
the slowest web site known to man. Sigh.

It looks like I have the distribution set for it here on my machine (a
single 5+MB zip file). I don't currently have the time to install it and
study the licensing to see if I am allowed to share a copy with anyone
else. If someone wants to research that, I have space on a web server to
host a download point for a while.
