Re: [photo-3d] Holmes Style Viewers

Quentin responds: I can't find my Reel 3-D catalog, but you can enquire
from them about their "kit" Holmes stereoscope, which is easy to assemble,
but which has plastic lenses. Keystone advertise on their website an
"eye-training" Holmes stereoscope. It has glass lenses. Then there's Alan
Lewis, whose Saturn Stereoscope has achromatic lenses (best in the field,
and the most expensive). To my knowledge, that's about the field for modern
'scopes. Otherwise, go to e-bay and punch in a search for "stereoscopes."
You'll find all kinds there, from falling-apart scopes with missing parts
for $20 to beauties, often encumbered by viewcards for $60 $70 on up.
