I use a pair of the ZX-M's.  They have a connector that allow external
syncing fairly easily.  I made a sync cable using telephone cord and
chopping up an IC socket to fit pentax's socket.  It works quite well.

Earlier in the year, Wladyslaw Reksc posted how to do this, which
prompted me to try them.  you can search the archives for his posts
for more info.
