[photo-3d] 2001 ISU Congress Sydney - SPECIAL NOTICE

Yesterday the Sydney (Australia) ISU 2001 Congress Planning Committee were
advised that the Koala Hotel, that had been booked for the 2001 ISU
Congress, had been sold and is to be demolished. By the time of the congress
all that is likely to remain will be a hole in the ground.

An alternate venue is being arranged.

Information on the alternate venue will be distributed as soon as it becomes
available.

With the exception of the venue, the information that will be in the
December 2000 issue of Stereoscopy remains unchanged.  The venue change came
too late for this December 2000 issue of Stereoscopy, other than to include
a one page notice to say that the venue will be changed.

The updated venue information will be published in the March 2001 issue of
Stereoscopy and  will also be posted to the ISU 2001 website at
http://www.isu2001.conf.au/sydney/

A notice similar to this is being posted to various mail list. My apologies
if you receive multi copies of this notice.
