[photo-3d] Re LEEP camera/ architectural 3d

At the joint ISU/100th aniversary of the Uk stereoscopic society in 1993 there was a group demonstrating a 360 degree rotating stereoscopic camera, which seemed to be aimed at architects. No price was mentioned and the idea seemed to be to hire it out rather than sell them. This camera was also featured in stereo world but I cannot recall the issue off hand. More recently there was the device refered to on this list which was featured on the UK TV programme "Tomorows World" and also on their web site. This used laser rangefinding to build up a picture of the room it was placed in (The Doje's palace venice) to build up a 3D image of the palace in the usual computer sense but all the information should be there to produce stereo images as well.
