Hi,
	FWIW - After seeing the "announcement" last night after I got back
in, I went and ordered one from buy.com's bookstore 'section' where it's
under $54 (plus $4 shipping for slow-boat, more for "faster").
	They claim 1~2 day delay to being shipped, "we'll see", they've
been pretty decent the last time or several that I've ordered from them.
	They're often the cheapest I can find, but not always.  Their
web interface is usually totally devoid of information, so usually I'll
order from Amazon, but for single-spendy books, I'll usually check their
site before ordering.
