[photo-3d] kodak stereo camera

Hello everyone,
 Have recently started using a kodak stereo camera that I acquired 
from my uncle. I've been taking pictures and learning from my 
mistakes. I love the results, and everyone I show is fastinated with 
the 3-D effect. 
My problem is that it seems when I take a closeup picture, the two 
lens do not both focus the same, resulting in one side being out of 
focus.
Is there a way to adjust this condition?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
