I agree that this was/is a valuable resource, but it does not 
serve the purpose that Paul's list would. There are many 
stereo photographers out there who either do not know about 
the NSA or do not belong. Paul's service is free and available 
to anyone in the world with internet access.

Does anyone know why the NSA stopped providing the directory?
