I just wanted to state that I don't believe making data available online 
would disenfranchise those without computers.  They would still have access 
to the information in other forms.  In addition, there are computers 
available in libraries, internet cafes, etc. where people can access this 
data if they wish.

IMO, that's like saying that some NSA members do not drive cars and 
therefore you cannot hold conventions because they couldn't attend.
