Can't argue about the time required. If speed is most important, 
practice and concentration helps. For me, the doing is usually 
enjoyable, so I don't watch the clock.  

As for control over the flipping/transfer, I float the RBT jig on 
top of the Spicer mount on a light table, with a weight to keep 
them in place. I can't otherwise control the position well 
enough, and the float technique has an additional benefit:  the 
cropping when using reduced height or reduced width mounts 
can be more "creative." Of course this requires a bit of extra 
care and attention, not ideal if speed is the primary concern.
