[photo-3d] FED BOY - DEP over ride

Can anyone tell me what the trick is for over riding the double 
exposure prevention on a FED BOY?  I accidentally took a few photos 
with the lens cap on.  I'm going to glue something on the lens cap 
that will block the viewfinder so that it won't happen again, but I'd 
still like to know what the trick is.
