Since I was getting a "regular" pair of glasses in my normal perscription
and I had some frames the place would consent to use, it ran me about
$35 for the lenses and $10 for a "template" charge. They are actually cut
for freeviewing rather than crosseyed - but the prisms involved make it
possible for me to position my eyes more or less normally (ie, somewhat
converged) at 20", while still fusing the images. It's much less of
a strain that freeviewing at infinity, but still focusing (although
I can do it ok) for 20".
