[photo-3d] New location: Manhattan Stereo Dinner

At the 1998 convention of the National Stereoscopic Association in
Richmond, Virginia, a handful of strangers fell together for dinner,
photos and conversation. It was such a kick in the pants that I
started the 3rd Friday Stereo Dinner in Manhattan. And we've done it
28 times since then, the third Friday of each month!

And now something new! On January 19, for a change of pace, we will
not meet at La Cocina as before. We will gather at my apartment
instead, two blocks away. We will have food delivered, so you will
not be limited to Mexican this month. Or bring your own. I will
have on display my collection of stereoscopic toys and inventions.
As always, local 3D experts and enthusiasts will show up with their
latest creations.

So drop by after work and join us! Bring along some stereo pictures
to share if you like. Over Christmas I mounted some nice medium
format slides, and I'll bet you have some nice photos, too. The
comradery and pleasant conversations are what makes it a special
treat. It's always a pleasure.

We always meet on the third Friday of every month, only *this* time
at 126 West 86th Street. This is two blocks from La Cocina where we
met last month. While it's not required, please drop me a note if
you plan to come. I want to have some soda and snacks and CHAIRS on
hand. If you forget, come anyway.

Join us Friday, January 19 at a new location. We'll be there
starting at 6:30 pm. Come and go when you like.

Cordially, Tom Deering

PS: There is no membership, no speeches, and no expectations. It's
just a fun time, open to all.
