[photo-3d] Revere Lens Board

Hello,
Does anyone out there have any experience removing the lenses from the
actual Revere Lens board? I have a very nice lens set but the right lens is
very loose on the board and I would like to tighten it up. I am down to the
bar bones and cannot for the life of me figure out what is still holding it
on!  ;>\
Please contact me off line if you would like to walk me through it or just
chat about revere 33 repair.
