[photo-3d] RBT pinbar offset table

Users of the RBT mount gray alternate pinbars are familiar with 
the information sheet in German that's included in the package. 
It's not that difficult to understand the tables listing the various 
vertical offsets that different combinations give, or the  
principles involved. But I wanted an offset table in English so I 
made one up, and it's downloadable now.

The table is in a pdf file (about 100K) with an embedded font 
so I hope that what I saw is exactly what you get. The page size 
is A4, but the current Acrobat reader's print dialog box has a fit 
to page checkbox. The three links below should be self-
explanatory. It would be great if someone who knows German 
could translate the rest of the text.
